Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Massage uses light pressure and gentle, rhythmic strokes to optimize lymphatic flow and reduce retained fluid in your body. The lymphatic system is part of your body's immune system and helps fight infection.
Clients experience relief with a beneficial reduction in skin tightness/swelling, water retention, and increased circulation.
MLD can be extremely beneficial for managing autoimmune illnesses, lymphedema, post-traumatic and post-surgical edema, chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), and it can help facilitate the healing process.
