I am a licensed massage therapist based in Southern New Hampshire, where I lived and raised a family for over twenty years. I provide massage therapy in Southern NH focused on relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, and therapeutic bodywork tailored to each client’s individual needs.

I live with my two daughters, dog, and cat, and I’m grateful to have built a career centered around helping people feel better in their bodies, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My approach to massage therapy is centered on individualized care. Before each session, I take time to connect with my clients, review their needs, and understand their goals, whether that’s relief from chronic pain, support during recovery, or simply deep relaxation.

I believe massage should never feel rushed. Clients receive their full 60 or 120-minute session time, along with a thoughtful conversation beforehand to ensure every treatment is tailored and intentional.

Each session is designed to meet you where you are and support your body in the way it needs most that day.

Specialized Training: Oncology & Lymphatic Massage

I am committed to ongoing education and have developed a strong focus in oncology massage and lymphatic drainage massage. I work with clients in treatment, remission, and recovery, providing gentle, informed care that supports the body during sensitive and healing times.

My goal is always to create a safe, calming environment where clients feel supported, respected, and cared for throughout their wellness journey.

Community Involvement

Giving back is an important part of my work. I regularly participate in community fundraising events, offering chair massage to support local organizations and causes.

I am also a practitioner with the North of Boston Cancer Resource, providing massage therapy for individuals affected by cancer. This work is deeply meaningful to me and reflects my commitment to compassionate, accessible care.

Life Outside the Studio

Outside of massage therapy, I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors throughout New Hampshire. Staying active helps me maintain balance and brings a grounded, positive energy into my work with clients.

At home, life is full with my daughters, dog, and cat, who keep things joyful and busy.
